Your role

As Project Management Scheduler you will create the basis for successful project management by creating and maintaining project schedules for our projects during the bid and execution phase.

  • Your main responsibilities comprise the creation of standard bid and execution project schedules, as well as, designing complex holistic schedules for the implementation of Material Handling projects under consultation of all involved departments and functions.
  • Identifying and tracking the critical path across all trades belongs to your tasks, as well as, the creation of work packages and the early identification of deadline deviations, identification of measures to get back on track through identification and analysis of alternate paths.
  • Alignment of the schedule with all contributors to achieve a full buy-in and commitment to the schedule; regular update with renewed commitment to the actual status and transfer into the project controlling.
  • Creation and use of adequate tooling for progress tracking
  • Success in this role requires and in-depths knowledge of project execution in our field of business and markets, excellent communication skills, and the capability to comprehend complex tasks and bring them into a useful sequence with identified dependencies.
  • You will work closely with our international community, suppliers, and other external partners.

Your profile


  • Successful degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering or related field or education.
  • Long-term experience in scheduling of complex and large projects, ideally in the business field of material handling automation.
  • Good knowledge in contract management and in forensic schedule analysis.
  • Excellent know-how in MS Project, Primavera and MS Office are a basic requirement.
  • Your resume is spiced with experience in working abroad.
  • Excellent command of the English language is a must. A second foreign language is desirable.
  • Your intercultural skills and flexibility have been proven in your career up until now and you are prepared for international travel.
  • Your profile is rounded by a methodical approach, teamwork, initiative, commitment and endurance.
