Project Scheduler – Primavera P6

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – Onsite 2+ days/week)

Pay Rate: $56.50/hr W2

Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise to support Energy Services scheduling initiatives. This role will focus on developing and maintaining project lifecycle schedules and integrating vendor timelines for engineering and construction projects across renewable and traditional energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed Primavera P6 project schedules.
• Gather input from internal teams and external vendors to update activity timelines.
• Incorporate vendor schedules into master project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project timelines with execution goals.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in engineering/construction environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and critical path methodology.
• Background in renewable energy, oil/gas, or large-scale infrastructure scheduling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• P6 certification/training completion required.

Nice-to-Have

• Engineering or construction field experience.
• Prior experience working in commercial oil/gas or renewable energy sectors.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Standard 40-hour workweek, daytime hours.
• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 in-office days/week.
