This role involves scheduling and coordinating commercial construction projects of varying sizes and complexities across multiple sectors, including healthcare, civic, higher education, K-12, corporate, science/tech, and sports. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Project and Project Web App, and a collaborative approach to working with project teams. **open to seeing candidates with scheduling experience in a Project Management or other construction management positions** Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Project Web App. Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project goals. Provide on-site scheduling support at project locations and work from the Kansas City office. Conduct training sessions to educate operations teams on scheduling processes and best practices. Analyze schedule risks and proactively address potential delays. Support multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project needs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence and resolve conflicts. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field Experience in scheduling commercial construction projects across various sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Web App; familiarity with Primavera P6 is beneficial but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a cooperative work environment. Openness to flexible work arrangements, including remote work as needed. Technical knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
