Are you committed to improving quality and coordinating projects on a global level? As a PROJECT QUALITY ENGINEER, you will become a key member of our team focused on ensuring the smooth transfer of products and processes between our plants across Europe. You will work closely with the Regional Quality Manager and various teams across the organization, coordinating quality activities, analyzing key metrics and implementing best practices to improve our global operations.

What are the requirements?

• Education: Minimum high school degree, in mechanical engineering, quality management or a related technical field.
• Experience: relevant in technical or quality-oriented positions, ideally in large organizations with multiple locations. Experience in implementing new processes and products is an advantage.
• Quality Management Knowledge: Orientation in QMS processes, ISO 9001 standards and quality management tools (e.g. control plans, Kaizen, PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis and corrective action system).
• Analytical skills: Experience with data visualization and analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI, independence.
• Communication and presentation skills: Effective communication across departments. Occasional travel on global projects. Experience in project management an advantage. Daily communication in English (B2).

Your tasks:

• Participate in the implementation of new processes and transfers of existing processes within Europe.
• Collaborate with other departments on quality-focused activities when introducing new products and processes to ensure compliance and quality from the start.
• Continuous improvement: Identify and implement projects to increase quality and standards on a global level.
• Global impact: Work on transformational projects with a long-term impact on our global operations.
