Project/ Program Manager – Data & Trading Operations

Position Summary: Seeking an experienced leader (8-10 years) with expertise in data management, project execution, and cross-functional program leadership, particularly in financial services and trading data flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data governance projects and front-office data flows.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams for seamless execution.
• Drive programs, resolve project challenges, and develop strategic solutions.
• Deliver insights through strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across sectors.
• Ability to manage programs without deep technical expertise.
• Focused on achieving project goals and execution.
