Job Description
The Enterprise Project/Program Team Lead II is accountable for leading all aspects of multiple moderately complex projects or programs. Capable of independent leadership, providing all aspects of project management on moderately complex projects that have a moderate level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as point of contact for areas outside of direct team and takes on assignments without direct supervision
- Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within own team
- Assesses and reports health of all projects in an objective manner, maintaining project transparency and accurate status; keeps management informed
- Engages appropriate resources to resolve problems and identifies contingency plans and alternative solutions as needed
- Leads problem resolution from identification through resolution
- Manages project/programs of moderate complexity and impact
- Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
- Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirements
- Drives achievement of projects/program success factors
- Leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills
Education
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

- This job has supervisory duties.

- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
