Must Haves:

-10+ years’ experience as a strong IT Project Manager within manufacturing

-5+ years of recent experience as a portfolio manager within manufacturing

-Strong understanding of manufacturing plants and plant technology

-Experience using MSPO for reporting and SAP for purchasing/ financial reporting

-Strong experience driving projects and managing financials for all projects in the space to ensure they are reported the same way

Day To Day:

Insight Global is looking for a strong IT Manufacturing Portfolio Manager to sit remote but be willing to travel monthly for a large CPG company. This role will be joining the digital manufacturing team and will be responsible for managing schedule, budget, task execution, highlighting risks and issues, driving meetings, sending documentation, following up on action items and the communication on financials for all projects within the space. The project they will be working on will be a deployment and integration of redzone for operations to use in their manufacturing plants. They finished 1.5 pilots and are on their 2nd one. Next year they are planning to deploy it to 7 different plants and do the integration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience as an IT portfolio manager but also have strong experience as a portfolio manager within manufacturing with an understanding of manufacturing plants and redzone.
