Think Global is a service provider specialized in delivering consulting services to international organizations, enterprises, and non-profit entities operating mainly in the field of international cooperation.
We focus on providing technical assistance, project evaluations, feasibility studies, monitoring and evaluation systems, operational support, and business development services.
Our role is to support our Clients in strengthening their projects and operations through specialized expertise, structured methodologies, and tailored consulting.
Usually, we do not directly manage or implement international cooperation projects. We operate through targeted assignments and missions, usually short-term, supporting the strategic and operational needs of our Clients without taking on roles of project ownership or long-term field management.
Description
The ideal candidate will work closely to Direction, implementing international projects.
He/She will be responsible for implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He/She will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients and Direction.
Our Clients are international organizations, enterprises, non-profit organizations.
The candidate should be available for periodic short missions abroad (mainly Africa, Middle East and South America).
We are looking for a full-time position; duty station Rome office.
Responsibilities
· Independently manage the assigned projects
· Production of reports, market analysis and feasibility
· Support Direction in business development activities
· Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables
· Support Direction in operations management and support services
Qualifications
· At least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in health management, public health, economics, engineering, international cooperation or other relevant fields.
· At least 2 years of previous working experience. International experience is considered an advantage.
· Good to very good English proficiency. Additional language proficiency (preferably French, Spanish or Portuguese) is an advantage.
· Microsoft Office excellent skills
