As a Project Manager at CBRE, you'll:

· Be the Mastermind: Own the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to triumphant completion. We're talking budgeting, scheduling, risk management - you name it, you'll lead it!

· Become a Trusted Advisor: Work directly with clients, understanding their needs and turning their visions into reality. Build relationships, provide expert advice, and become their go-to person for all things project-related.

· Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a team of talented professionals, fostering collaboration and driving exceptional results.

· Be the Problem Solver: Navigate complex challenges, think creatively, and find innovative solutions that keep projects on track and under budget.

What you'll bring to the table:

· At least 3 years of proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment - you've got the experience, we've got the projects!

· Experience running a P&L - you're a financial wizard as well as a project guru.

· Proven team leadership skills - you inspire and motivate, not just manage.

· Experience operating at a senior level (Desirable, but not required - we love to promote from within!)

· Qualifications: CDM regulations (or local equivalent), IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS (or local equivalent), and a recognised technical qualification in construction, M&E, or a similar field. (Basically, you've got the credentials to prove it!)

· Fluent English - you'll be communicating with clients and colleagues worldwide.
