We’re seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager with a track record of navigating complex, legacy-heavy environments. We're partnering with a long-standing organisation on the South Coast looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of business-critical applications, working across an intricate ecosystem of integrated legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end project delivery across business application and system implementations.
• Working within structured SDLC frameworks, ensuring robust planning and governance.
• Managing integration across legacy systems with varying levels of complexity.
• Collaborating with internal teams, technical leads, and third-party suppliers.
• Driving delivery through strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on project management.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SDLC-aligned delivery projects and experience scoping and delivery medium to large IT projects.
• A strong background in business application implementation (non-development).
• Confidence navigating legacy estates and delivering in environments with tech debt.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• A pragmatic, delivery-first mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Retail or utilities industry experience would be advantageous.
