Title: Project Manager (Workday/ ADP)

Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from scope definition to implementation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking key milestones and deliverables.
• Apply project management best practices and tools such as MS Project.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and align stakeholders.
• Ensure proper change management processes are in place.
• Create and execute communication, training, and documentation strategies.
• Deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Provide consistent project updates to all stakeholders.

Work Environment:

• Global operations within the insurance and financial services industries.
• Experience leading global initiatives from planning through deployment.
• Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, communication, and team coordination.

Domain Knowledge & Technical Expertise:

• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP).
• Experience delivering SaaS-based solutions.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles.
• Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally leading HR system implementations.
2. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
3. Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
4. PMP and CSM certifications.
5. Successful delivery of SaaS tools.
6. Prior experience managing HR-related technical projects.
7. Proven track record working with globally dispersed teams, API integrations, and technical deliverables.
8. Strong command of tools like MS Office and JIRA.
