Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to manage our commercial projects from point of sale to point of installation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedules site visits and safety meetings for Commercial Field Supervisor
• Manages all communication and follow ups to customers regarding site visits and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Commercial Dispatch any site visits needed prior to installations.
• Utilizes Pipedrive and Service Fusion to document all activity and communication through the post-sales process. This includes the shop drawing process along with all job site checks prior to installation.
• Proactively collaborate and communicate across departments and assist internal and external costumers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and works well under pressure.
• Ability to think fast and make decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to overcome objections, solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
