The Position

Location: Warsaw, Poland | Hybrid work model (2 days in the office per week required)

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager you will be accountable for successfully managing key global projects of global Roche Diagnostics by creating project cross-functional project plans, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring cross-collaboration for effective delivery. Your role will also be key to ensure product acceptance and adoption.

In this role, you will be:

  • Managing complex, cross-site GCS projects throughout all phases to support key global Roche Diagnostics product development initiatives
  • Driving adoption of global Roche Diagnostics projects through professional change management techniques (e.g., stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, and reinforcement)
  • Anticipating and mitigating project risks by proactively applying structured risk management practices
  • Creating and maintaining detailed cross-site project plans using project planning tools, and monitoring progress against milestones
  • Organizing and facilitating project and change-related meetings and workshops, including documentation and action follow-up
  • Coordinating dependencies, timelines, budgets, change initiatives, and project documentation to ensure alignment within the GCS project framework
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder and communication management to foster collaboration across Roche departments and external partners when relevant

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated experience in project management roles
  • Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies) is an advantage
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) is an advantage.
  • Experience applying various project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of medical device and biotechnological development processes is an advantage
  • Excellent influencing, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement, coupled with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear learning, communication, and presentation materials
  • Mandatory fluency in English (spoken and written); adept at working in fast-changing international matrix environments with a well-structured, goal-oriented, and team-spirit approach
