Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a variety of initiatives within the Human Resources (HR) department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management methodologies and a proven ability to drive successful project delivery aligned with HR strategic goals. Experience in HR and/or leading Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR-related projects from initiation through completion (including technology, business process, and operational initiatives).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective team communication and lead project meetings.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with HR technology systems.
  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master or managing Agile teams is a plus.
