It is headquartered in Bangalore with a team of 5,000+ people. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Home Maintenance Servicing team.


Key Responsibilities -

* Lead an internal calling team and manage external vendors, ensuring efficient coordination, timely completion, and quality maintenance services.

* Manage vendor margins, ensure timely job execution, and maintain high standards through regular audits and inspections.

* Develop and streamline processes and allocate tasks effectively between the internal team and vendors for smooth operations.

* Use analytical skills to track KPIs, monitor team’s performance, customer NPS and identify improvement areas for better customer experience.

* Address escalated customer concerns and provide training to the internal team for improved service delivery.

* Liaise with the finance team to ensure timely invoice processing and clearance.


Qualifications:

* Proven experience of 4+ years in team and vendor management.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
