About The Role

Navy Project Manager to join our elite Marine department.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Preferably 5+ years of work experience in project management / project coordination in Marine, Navy, or relevant large projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Customer service oriented can-do attitude
- Experience in applying AQAP and especially analytical requirement management
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English
- Good teamwork and networking skills with the ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- A security clearance will be carried out on the person selected for the position
Although Not Necessary, It Would Be An Advantage:
- Experience in Navy business
- Experience / knowledge of manufacturing requirements and constraints
- Experience / knowledge of FEM calculations, shock requirements and quality standards
- Experience in hydraulics or fire protection systems
- Experience in marine technology, rules, and regulations
- Other language skills
Responsibilities
As a Navy Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical task of overseeing the high-quality delivery of HI-FOG water mist fire suppression system projects to our Navy customers. Your mission: to ensure that our customers' needs, specifications and requirements are not only met but exceeded, all while upholding the critical standards of security and precision.
In Close Collaboration With Our Navy Team, Marine Project Manager Team, And Other Internal Stakeholders, You Will Lead a Highly Skilled And Cross-functional Project Team. Together, You'll Work Through The Complex Aspects Of Navy Projects To Make Sure They Are Completed Successfully. Your Duties Will Encompass a Broad Spectrum Of Responsibilities, Including:
- Design: Craft project-specific designs that align seamlessly with the unique requirements of our Navy customers.
- Requirement Management: Tracking the requirement compliance and changes during the project.
- Scheduling and Resource Management: Expertly allocate resources and plan schedules to guarantee timely project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build open channels of communication with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring their concerns and expectations are addressed effectively.
- Material Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted project flow.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce project-specific quality control measures, ensuring that all project aspects meet the highest standards.
- Financial Mastery: Manage project budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking.
- Deliverable Oversight: Keep a close watch on project tasks, carefully monitor how well they're progressing compared to the set milestones
- Process Enhancement: Participate actively in continuous process improvement efforts, enhancing our approach to Navy projects.
