Insight Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a large retail client. They will manage project progress, budget, milestones, and more. The Senior-level Project Manager is expected to have 5+ years of experience and will join the People Enablement Technology team, which is committed to enabling seamless, best-in-class experiences for our global workforce. The WFM pillar empowers the business to make data-driven decisions to support workforce management commitments and enable the growth and development of our people. In this role, the Senior PM will be responsible for the RFP through the Implementation of a new enterprise workforce management solution.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage project progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and business requirements
• : Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager leading end-to-end WFM software implementations (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, ADP, Infor, etc.)
• Strong experience requirements gathering, doing system configuration oversight, integration planning, testing coordination, and go-live support.
• Experience with WFM projects where systems integrations, APIs, time & attendance, scheduling, or labor compliance rules are involved.
• Strong expertise managing projects through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, (with a preference particularly in Waterfall as this project will be in waterfall with 4 go-lives).
• Experience leading technical teams and liaising with vendors
• Hands-on experience coordinating system integrations (especially HRIS, payroll, scheduling tools) and data migrations, including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover planning.
• Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal.
