Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within our multi-family development sector. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while leading teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the multi-family construction or development sector.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with estimating and costing processes is a plus.
