Summary

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex, high-impact programs in the banking or travel loyalty space? We're looking for a motivated professional to lead the coordination and execution of a multi-stakeholder travel loyalty program for a leading financial institution in Uzbekistan.

🌐 Language Requirement: Fluency in Russian required


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead the implementation of a travel loyalty program across internal teams, external vendors, and app development partners.
  • Vendor & Integration Oversight: Manage multiple third-party technology partners and ensure high-quality, timely integrations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure strong alignment and communication across cross-functional stakeholders to drive milestone completion.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Provide structured progress updates, maintain risk/action logs, and support informed decision-making.
  • Meeting Support: Capture and follow up on key decisions from project meetings, ensuring accountability across all teams.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years’ experience in project management, ideally within consulting, banking, travel, or loyalty sectors.
  • Solid understanding of travel loyalty ecosystems (front-end UX and mobile integration, back-end logic, rewards, and partner settlement).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and complex tech integrations.
  • Proactive, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferably based in Uzbekistan to align with on-site project needs.
