Key Responsibilities
- Manage Improvement Projects Act as an integral project manager in our global supply chain centre, working with a multidisciplinary team of operational experts, Business Process functions, Finance, IT and HR on different topics.
- Change Management Actively manage the change and engage process within project scope.
- Role Model Role model and foster constructive behaviours and mindsets to create a high performing team environment.
- Continuous learning & growth Facilitate lessons learned sessions, be ready to learn from mistakes and implement structurally into future projects.
- Enable others support (operational) colleagues and teams to be successful and meet requirements of internal and external customers
Qualifications And Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Approximately 5 to 8 years’ experience in Project Management or Continuous Improvement
- Extensive experience in driving change from Awareness to Reinforcement (change practitioner, e.g. ADKAR)
- Experience with Lean Toolbox such as Six Sigma (Black Belt) or TIBP helpful.
- Proven facilitation skills to lead cross-functional teams & workshops.
- Track record in creating a team using cultural differences as asset.
- Proven on- and/or exceeding target results.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Data-driven, decisive and entrepreneurial.
- Persuasive and focused on cooperation.
- Result-oriented and stress-resistant.
- Self-confident and independent.
- Comfortable working in a global role, with experience in collaborating across regions and time zones. Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5.400 to € 6.400 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale. On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits
