We are hiring motivated, high-potential individuals for an entry-level role, with the goal of advancing into a Project Manager position. Through our structured development program, you will acquire hands-on experience across multiple departments, preparing you for leadership in operations, finance, compliance, and team management.

Training and Career Progression Timeline

• Weeks 1–6:
• Master sales strategies, key performance metrics, and techniques for maintaining resilience under pressure.
• Months 2–4:
• Develop leadership skills including team management, goal-setting, and performance optimization.
• Months 5–6:
• Receive practical training in finance, payroll systems, legal compliance, and strategic decision-making.
• End of Month 6:
