Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding

Location: South of England (Remote with Site Visits)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Our client, a specialist in roofing and cladding solutions, is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across the South of England. This is a remote-based position with regular site visits required, managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage roofing and cladding projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Manage site progress, health and safety, and quality control
• Attend regular site meetings and report on progress
• Handle project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
• Provide leadership to site teams and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing and cladding sector
• Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England
