Key Requirements
10-12 years of experience in technical solutions implementation within retail banking
Expertise in TLM reconciliation smart system
Strong understanding of reconciliation, card operations, and retail banking workflows
Proven experience in managing large-scale banking system implementations
Exposure to Agile & Hybrid methodologies for system/application deployments
Skilled in stakeholder management, governance, and financial oversight
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
Drive governance frameworks, risk management, and change control processes
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for seamless project execution
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost allocation for the project
Develop automation strategies for reporting and portfolio tracking
Manage complex vendor relationships and contract negotiations
