Job Description
The role involves managing IT projects and coordinating/directing teams and resources. This person plans, organizes, and oversees the work of teams engaged in the study, design, implementation, and maintenance of information systems. This person in this role will coordinate implementation of changes recommended by project teams and the development of training plans, support structures, and processes for system(s) implementation. This role will manage contractors and vendors and initiate reviews, surveys, or studies of business processes and procedures. This role will analyze integrated networked systems concepts in a multi-platform environment and analyze cost statistics and prepares economic comparisons of alternatives. This person will be required to organize and prepare technical documentation and design procedures and schedules for supplementary recommendations and coordinates implementation. This person prepares, maintains, and presents project status and budget reports to appropriate steering and management over-sight committees. This person will be required to coordinate with functional lead to develop departmental communication management plan. This person will communicate, plan, and implement successful change management practices to project stakeholders. This person will manage stakeholder value delivery through predefined success criteria, acceptance testing, and defect resolution. Additionally, this person will analyze project, program, or portfolio level risks and coordinates with project team to mitigate potential impacts.
Hourly rate for this role ranges from $53-$63/hr depending on experience.

Bachelors degree
CJIS eligibility
4 years of related professional experience
Knowledge of network systems and multiplatform environments
MS O365 Government (applications, software, tools, and resources)
Project Management Software (Smartsheet, MS project, MS planner)
Implementation experience
CMS Content Management system implementation/network
CRM customer relationship management systems implementation/framework Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile/waterfall)
Implementation experience
TMS/ITMS transit management systems and integrated transit management systems
CMS permitting & construction management systems and project framework null
