Position Summary
To support our organization in these efforts, we must have a best-in-class Talent Acquisition Function. We are hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition Project Management, to lead projects of varying complexity that focus on new technology implementation and process improvements and innovation to transform our hiring process. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Enablement team, your primary responsibilities will include
Proactively leading approved talent acquisition projects that impact enterprise hiring by building clear timelines and work plans for cross-functional project team members.
Consulting with stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment to scope/define project charter.
Creating and delivering regular project status updates; including proactive notification of roadblocks and risk that may impact deliverables and mitigation and risk management plans.
Driving accountability of project team by creating simplicity and transparency in deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
Collaborating with functional managers and business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed by inspiring trust through relationship building and active listening.
Facilitating alignment and agreement on decisions and solutions from all impacted parties
Assisting others in identifying solutions to issues that negatively impact project plans or outcomes.
Partnering with appropriate groups for change management, communication and training plans as needed.
Tracking of cost and approval for necessary project expenses.
Managing meeting cadences that are required for assigned projects.
Occasionally contributing as a working team member or SME (Subject Matter Expert) on projects lead by others

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' project management experience
Proven experience in leading complex medium and large HR operations projects
Preferred Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
Experience with end to end Talent Acquisition process for a large complex organization
Experience with Workday Recruiting
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
