**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Release Management Risk Management and experience as a CX-Scrum Master and CX-Project Manager. Experience in the Airlines domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones + Oversee all aspects of project execution including scope schedule and budget management + Provide expertise in Release Management to ensure smooth deployment of project deliverables + Implement Risk Management strategies to identify assess and mitigate project risks + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles as a CX-Scrum Master + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives + Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion + Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management + Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet customer expectations and business requirements + Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement practices + Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and metrics + Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance + Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle + Drive project success by aligning project goals with the companys strategic objectives + Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations + Support the companys mission and values through effective project management practices **Qualifications** + Must have strong technical skills in Release Management and Risk Management + Must have experience as a CX-Scrum Master and CX-Project Manager + Nice to have experience in the Airlines domain + Must have excellent communication and leadership skills + Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities + Must have proficiency in project management tools and methodologies + Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery + Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model + Must have strong organizational and time management skills + Must have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development + Must have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. **Certifications Required** PMP CSM or equivalent certification in project management.
