We're recruiting for a
Brand Project Manager on behalf of an innovative, high-growth consumer brand. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about bringing marketing and creative initiatives to life. You'll drive the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional projects with precision and impact.
This is a full-time/direct hire opportunity.
Candidates MUST be able to be onsite in Nassau County, New York four days/week.
Responsibilities:
Plan & Track Projects
- Manage end-to-end timelines for brand and marketing initiatives, from kickoff through launch.
- Maintain detailed calendars and project plans, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are on track.
- Support integrated campaign planning in coordination with brand, marketing, and creative leadership.
- Help define scopes of work and clarify expectations across teams.
Coordinate & Communicate
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams (e.g. marketing, creative, product, operations) and external partners.
- Oversee timelines and asset delivery for packaging, in-store materials, and retail marketing initiatives.
- Lead project check-ins and status updates, providing clear, actionable follow-ups.
- Keep stakeholders informed, identifying blockers and helping resolve issues proactively.
Execute & Improve
- Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to align on cross-functional deliverables.
- Gather insights post-launch to refine future workflows and processes.
- Recommend tools or process improvements to enhance team efficiency and output.
- Deliver projects with consistency, clarity, and high attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- An experienced project manager with 5+ years of working in marketing, brand, or creative environments (consumer products experience is a plus).
- A clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with creatives, marketers, and senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized-you bring structure to chaos and catch what others might miss.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and staying composed under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative, flexible team player who takes pride in helping projects and people succeed.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company environment where no two days look the same.
