The Role:

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for defining, creating, implementing, and monitoring project delivery plans that align with agreed objectives. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects, manage diverse teams, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies for budget, resourcing, and programming
  • Lead safety initiatives and execute Project WHS Plans
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure project alignment with design intent and budgets
  • Manage construction processes, including quality control and subcontractor oversight
  • Drive cost control measures and report on project budgets
  • Mentor team members and manage performance

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a tertiary qualification in Building and Construction (preferred)
  • Possesses 8-12 years of experience in civil landscaping construction
  • Demonstrates expertise in project planning and programming
  • Has a strong understanding of Australian Standards, Codes, and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Jobpac, and Procore
  • Exhibits superior leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Shows commercial acumen and sound decision-making capabilities
