We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to temporarily support our global QEHS team. This team is part of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization and is responsible for QEHS compliance and sustainability across multiple locations worldwide.

About the Team

The QEHS function is organized into four key programs:

  • Compliance

Each program is supported by cross-functional projects aligned with the organization’s broader QEHS and ESG roadmap. You will also contribute to the strategic initiative focused on waste analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a structured portfolio management system to track QEHS-related projects across departments.
  • Support the waste analysis initiative with structured project monitoring and coordination.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-up from program managers and local sustainability coordinators regarding project portfolios and masterplans.
  • Organize and facilitate alignment and progress review meetings with program stakeholders and sector representatives.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, focusing on project progress, KPIs, and key decision points.
  • Maintain clear documentation, including project charters, planning documents, and status overviews.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve project execution across the QEHS and ESG landscape.
  • Create templates, dashboards, and communication materials that support effective strategic alignment and internal communication.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary setting.
  • 3+ years of experience as a PMO or Project Manager in a program management context.
  • Background in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) is required.
  • Experience in change management or implementing new processes within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in a high-tech or industrial setting is a plus.
  • Affinity with ESG and sustainability topics is a strong advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • A proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities and risks early.
  • Strong in structuring, documenting, and improving processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Adaptable communication style; able to both support and challenge stakeholders when needed.
  • Confident in driving alignment and accountability within teams and cross-functional groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and similar portfolio or project management platforms.
