With new stores and distribution centres opening across Europe each year, we’re constantly on the move. By optimizing our Supply Chain and Commercial operations, we maintain low costs and enable growth. The costs benefit is directly transferred to our customers. As a Project Manager in Supply Chain and Commerce, you will spearhead various initiatives focusing on growth, optimization, processes, and systems. This role offers substantial responsibility and a variety of project types in a dynamic environment.

Daily Actions:

You are part of the Project Management department for Supply Chain & Commerce (ca 15 - 20 Project Managers) and report to the Manager Project Management. Together with Program Managers, you help to turn strategic goals into successful projects. By defining and delivering project objectives, requirements and scope within agreed parameters (time, quality and budget).

You are responsible to:

  • Define and execute a successful project, from start to closure
  • Manage objectives, scope, requirements, deliverables, time, quality and budget
  • Report on above towards business owners, senior management and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision making by business owners and senior management
  • Coordinate the project team(s) of your projects
  • Manage day-to-day project progress
  • Change management, manage the implementation and embed the solution in the organization
  • Manage risks and issues and escalate where needed
  • Foster collaboration across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
  • Collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Project management team

Qualifications:

  • MSC degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • At least 5 years experience leading multiple complex projects, preferably in Commerce, Supply Chain or retail
  • Proven experience in a multidisciplinary, international, fast-growing, and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience in large-scale project management and change management
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
