Progress Control: Monitor the construction progress to ensure timely completion of the project milestones.
Quality Control: Ensure that the construction quality aligns with the design specifications and that all processes adhere to safety and environmental standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate and resolve any issues that arise on site.
3. Teamwork and communication
Coordination of Multi-party Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders, including designers, contractors, suppliers, and local government agencies, ensuring that all parties’ needs and requirements are met.
4. Construction and delivery phase
Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring smooth execution of construction activities and resolving any on-site issues.
Inspection and Acceptance: Conduct final inspections to ensure that the construction meets the quality standards, and confirm acceptance with all relevant parties.
Document Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all construction documents, including contracts, progress reports, and payment records, ensuring proper documentation throughout the project.
Requirements:
A master’s degree in business.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
