Job Responsibilities :

• To lead/plan and schedule the tasks required to complete the project within the timeline agreed with the client.
• Coach and lead the project team. Delegate task on the project to the site project team member.
• Ensure that all the projects implemented are within the budgeted cost.
• To verify equipment and material specifications required for the project are in compliance with the client requirement.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress in logistic, production, outsourced contract work and the project site and resolve any issue that may delay the project implementation.
• Visit workshop, sub-contractor workshop and supplier to ensure fabrication progress, quality according to the scope of supply.
• Visit project site to monitor site progress.

Job Requirement :

• At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in handling POM extension and new mill construction projects will be added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel excessively to Indonesia.
