Duty & Responsibilities:

• To oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for clients, internal departments, and field staff;
• To be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes;
• To supervise and manage all sites’ work progress including sites inspection, measurement, quality verification, specification compliance, drawing compliance & etc;
• To verify progress reports and meeting minutes furnished by Project Engineers/Site Supervisors;
• To implement measure to maintain work quality and improvement;
• To enforce Safety & Health measures at all sites;
• To manage project claims, variation order, and manage project within budgeted cost;
• To lead and motivate project team
• To work closely with managers of other departments to ensure close collaboration and co-ordination, as well as smooth and accurate information flow for proper execution of projects;
• To co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/contractors for project executions
• To prepare monthly reports to Management Committee;
• To manage Project Team vehicles, assets & equipment;
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Experience/Skill Required:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 year(s) working experience in the related field;
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good communication skills in both verbal and written English, strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven, team work & strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to work independently.
