Summary

The Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Campaigns will be responsible for managing the coordination, implementation, execution and completion of various integrated campaigns and projects, ensuring strategies and goals are defined and adhered to. The Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Campaigns will work closely with Marketing & Communications (MarCom) team members, as well as team members across Hadassah national divisions, to assure that the planning and implementation of each assigned project is seamless, organized and on schedule. Projects will incorporate a range of marketing/communication vehicles that support events, advocacy, membership, fundraising, and will involve branding, video production, website updates, emails, brochures, PowerPoints and reports.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and implementation of assigned projects, including but not limited to:
    • Creating project plans; establishing timelines, maintaining milestones and keeping all parts of the project on track; and coordinating KPIs
    • Executing appropriate meeting agendas, logistics and follow-up as needed
    • Facilitating execution of deliverables
    • Tracking project deliverables and data collection using appropriate tools to meet deadlines
    • Capturing metrics and outcomes to measure campaign ROI and provide reports
    • Monitoring and reporting metrics on progress to all stakeholders
    • Assisting with strategic direction for campaigns and projects, defining project scope and goals, and facilitating execution of deliverables and resource requirements in collaboration with MarCom team and with the owners of the projects/campaigns.
  • Serves as project point person for the responsibilities listed above, collaborating with a team of key MarCom and other Hadassah staff, consultants and vendors as needed/required.
  • Work cross-functionally, including with the following MarCom teams – marketing, writers, digital/web, in-house creative/design, social media, public relations, and with strategy partners to coordinate campaign/project activations and go-live dates.
  • Assist with coordinating, events and support National events, including but not limited to, annual National Conference and annual Mid-Winter meetings.
  • Administrative and operational duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating trainings, processing invoices, and creating presentations and reports
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business or related field and a minimum of three-four years relevant experience in project or account management in a marketing or communications firm
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to map out complex projects and drive them to completion on deadline
  • High computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools, including Zoom, Teams, CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and project management software (Basecamp and Monday.com preferred)
  • Experience using and understanding of tracking and analytics tools such as Bitly, GA4 (Google Analytics), Sprout Social, Marketing Cloud, Tableau
  • Experience using Canva and other creative tools a plus
