Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate across various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project changes and adapt work plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Conduct regular project meetings to ensure communication and updates among team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with steel construction and steel erecting practices is a plus.
