The Project Manager - Mastery is a key role within the Strategy and Execution – Wealth and Distribution Technology team. The ideal candidate will play a critical, business-facing role, with stakeholder management responsibility and broad accountability within the wealth area for alignment to business strategy and agile project execution to deliver business value.
The Team
The Strategy and Execution – Wealth and Distribution Technology team is an agile team of seasoned professional within the broader Wealth and Distribution Technology organization focusing on alignment to business strategy, and end-to-end execution of project and programs. We are a global team with staff in the US, India, and Romania and focus with mainly Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, and Agile roles.

Key Responsibilities
Program / Project Management for ongoing projects (Net Flows, Book of Business, Client 360 view)
Wealth Overall Program Oversight (SBL Refresh, Docupace etc., Solo K, Data Strategy Implementation)
Building out business acumen and leading others while delivering results / business value
The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of technical / software development Project Management experience successfully delivering across a variety of applications
The Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science
Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects and can work independently on multiple project tasks. This includes leading project execution across multiple parallel initiatives.
Proficient in a variety of project management methodologies – waterfall, agile, and hybrid
Works very closely with both business and technical stakeholders and seeks opportunities to improve the way we partner and operate
Able to dig into project details and effectively partner with both business and technical team members.
Drives in all phases of project life cycle
Negotiate and influence to ensure alignment with strategy (both business and technology)
Lead/consult on escalated support issues and root cause analysis
Ability to influence peers, leaders and business customers
Skilled in problem solving and analysis
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective relationship building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects that have short to long-term focus
Assist with and implementing agile practices that promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Experience with BI tools / reporting
Data analysis experience preferred
Database/SQL experience/SQL expertise preferred
Knowledge of ETL and Data warehouse concepts and processes preferred
