What You Will Do

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Project Manager. The responsibilities of the software project manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, overseeing project execution and reporting to management.

How You Will Do It

• Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
• Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
• Lead the development team to design and deliver maintainable, testable, and reusable production quality code using Agile development practices
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
• Regularly interacting with Product Owners and stakeholders for release planning and defining sprint goals
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information
• Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance
  
  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project/Program Manager who has experience in managing and running large programs and product delivery and has experience of handling multiple team
• Exposure to project management techniques & should be Business driven with defined milestone.
• Identify and respond to business opportunities with solution, effort/price estimation and phase-wise delivery plan
• Participate in Project costing and budgeting exercise
• Finalize resource allocation and work distribution in collaboration with Business Delivery Owner
• Responsible for completion of project milestones and customer deliverables as per committed cost, timelines and quality standards
• Experience in Defining and implementing process in a learning environment
• Participate in requirement gathering and elicitation
• Manage external partners for development and handle full life cycle development projects
• Build Functional knowledge within the team, mentoring and enabling the team driven by adopted quality and process standards.
• Develop sound and comprehensive project plans and communication plans that support the systems implementation
• Responsible for monthly ops reporting and management
  
  

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Working knowledge of learning technology (knowledge, not ability to actually do the work with these tools): HTML5, MVC.NET, Angular, Java query, SQL Server
• In depth knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (Scrum, Agile etc.)
• In depth knowledge of project financial management
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Stack (.Net Core, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Power Bi)
• Good knowledge on the Information Technology industry latest trends
• Must have strong communication skills
