Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SharePoint migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless migration processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-migration evaluations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the new SharePoint environment.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on SharePoint migration projects on latest versions.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and migration tools.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
