We’re building next-generation hardware in collaboration with a Chinese Independent Design House, striving for excellence in safety, reliability, and certification.

Tasks that await you

Project management

You will manage the delivery robot project lifecycle, including planning, execution, issue tracking, and follow-ups. You will develop reasonable project plans, establish process-tracking mechanisms, and manage project changes effectively.

Cooperation

You will work closely with the hardware R&D, purchasing, and product teams to implement the delivery robot development plan. You will also oversee technical solutions, engineering changes, testing, validation, and after-sales services across all project stages.

Production

You will coordinate and oversee the transition of delivery robots to full-scale manufacturing in China.

We expect that you

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Are familiar with the automotive or robotics industry, including its structure and operational modes, and excel in collaboration
• Understand hardware, control units, and sensors for autonomous driving, including their principles and applications
• Are familiar with cutting-edge technologies, their challenges and bottlenecks, and can offer informed recommendations
• Preferably have experience in managing robotics or autonomous driving development projects
• Have experience in ensuring manufacturing quality at scale (preferred)
• Are fluent in English (reading and writing) and have HSK4-level proficiency in Chinese
• Reside in Shanghai
