Project Manager at Rakuten(Haken)

Position details:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop detailed project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks.

【Responsibilities/ 担当業務】

* Project management of application platform

* Communication with each service providers and tenants

* Service proposal

* Monthly billing report

* Ensures that the project goal is well-aligned and manages the project team to accomplish it with the required level of quality.

* Applies project management techniques to successfully deliver projects on scope, time and budget.

* Enables smooth communication among team members, and delivers timely status, issue, risk and performance updates to management.

Required Skills / 必須スキル：

* Project management experience (minimum 3 years)

* Programming experience (minimum 1 year)

* PSM(Professional scrum master) or CSM(Certified scrum master)

* ITIL Foundation

希望スキル：

* Understand Cloud platforms (k8s, registry, ci/cd)

* Infra Operations management experience

* Python or Go or Java experience
