Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and deployment of advanced network and IT infrastructure systems at a major semiconductor manufacturing construction site.

This role focuses on cleanroom environments and requires deep expertise in network architecture, Environmental Monitoring Systems (TMS), and semiconductor facility control systems.

The Project Manager will be a key leader ensuring technical alignment between Korean-based system designs and U.S. construction operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Network Infrastructure Construction Supervise cleanroom-compatible fiber optic networks, server rooms, and LAN/FTP cabling installations in compliance with Samsung and Doota Engineering Standards.
• Project Management Manage installation schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Vendor and Team Coordination Supervise subcontractors and internal teams; ensure installation quality and adherence to cleanroom protocols.
• Construction Plan Execution Translate engineering drawings into actionable build phases for seamless on-site execution.
• System Installation and Testing Oversight Lead installation activities including cable pulling, OTDR testing, sensor integration, and panel installations.
• Safety and Regulatory Compliance Conduct safety inspections, enforce OSHA and Samsung internal safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Client Communication and Reporting Interface with Samsung site managers and engineers; manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction/project management experience, focused on network infrastructure in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of PCS (Pump Chiller Scrubber System), GCS (Gas Chemical Slurry System), and FMCS (Facility Monitoring and Control System) operations. Experience with these systems is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in fiber optic network installations, LAN layout planning, and TMS system integration.
• Familiarity with Samsung Engineering & Construction Standards (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical system schematics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) skills are a plus.
