Scrum Master / Sr. Project Manager

SYSTEMTEC is seeking two Scrum Masters / Sr. Project Managers for a Remote or Hybrid (depending on location and candidate) opportunity. Candidates will be supporting a loan origination project.

Required Qualifications of the Scrum Master / Sr. Project Manager

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Strong experience managing Scrum Teams as a Scrum Master
• Experience working in an Agile and Waterfall Environment
• Experience with nCino is a plus
• Understanding to Test Planning and Strategy is a plus
• Experience with ADO (Azure DevOps Boards)

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master / Sr. Project Manager

• Managing the Scrum Teams and Agile process for the project
• Utilizing Azure DevOps Boards to track project progression
• Run daily stand ups and sprint meetings to keep on track with project deadlines
• Ensuring that team members are aligned on priorities

Work Location: Remote or Hybrid (Depending on location and candidate)
