Job Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Remove impediments to team progress and act as a servant leader to cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear product backlog and timely delivery.

• Leverage Tableau to track and visualize project metrics, team performance, and sprint progress.

• Apply strong project management skills to coordinate timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

• Must hold a recognized Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) with 9+ years of Scrum Master experience.
