Title: Scrum Master/Project Manager

Location: Remote (Working EST)

Employment Type: 9-Month Contract-to-hire (W2 position, not eligible for C2C placements)

Pay Range: $42-54/hr

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager within Healthcare, specifically in Network and Provider Claims
• Ability to interface with multiple organizations and teams simultaneously
• Experience with Rally for project tracking
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Agile Certified

Job Description

The Scrum Master (SM) is responsible for tracking, assisting, and coaching the team to overcome impediments and challenges, which requires domain knowledge. Having expertise in claim filing/processing, claim adjudication, and claim payment workflows is essential for understanding the end-to-end value delivery. Additionally, exposure to work efforts around claim adjudication engines or handling healthcare compliance implementations is recommended. The SM plays a vital role in backlog prioritization and helps the business understand the impacts of policy compliance, claim processing, accrued savings, and provider abrasion. Possessing insurance payer domain knowledge enables the SM to analyze the return on investment (ROI) for the business effectively.
