Scrum Master/ProjectManager

Location – Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid, Onsite 4x/week)

Duration – Long term W2 contract with goal of an eventual full time conversion

We are seeking a multi-faceted individual to join our Self-Service Product Platforms (SSPP)

team as a hybrid Scrum Master/Program Manager. SSPP focuses on enhancing customer self-support experiences across web and mobile platforms, integrating direct-to-consumer and third-party services such as Disney, Netflix, and Hulu into our ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master:

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) for multiple DTC teams within SSPP.
• Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and practices to ensure effective delivery.
• Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary.
• Foster collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, and Product Owners.
• Maintain and update Agile tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to provide transparency on team velocity and progress.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and implement action plans.

Program Manager:

• Support Product Manager by coordinating and managing program activities.
• Ensure alignment of program goals with overall business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage dependencies across various backend teams and external partners (e.g., Disney, Netflix).
• Monitor and report on program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Assist in defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to track milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and Agile techniques.
• Ability to coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Demonstrated capability in program management with a focus on delivering complex projects across web and mobile applications.
• Experience managing dependencies and coordinating activities across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous involvement with web and mobile product development is advantageous.
• Understanding of integration processes for direct-to-consumer and third-party platforms (e.g., Disney+, Netflix).
• Proficiency in project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
