Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project initiation and execution.
• Oversee project progress, risks, vendor sourcing, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with internal IT to manage vendors for effective delivery.
• Handle stakeholder management and present updates to senior management.
• Ensure technical clearances before deployment.
• Manage complex processes and ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Leverage experience in insurance projects to enhance deliverables.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and Scrum Master expertise within financial services projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related fields.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with a Scrum Master background.
• Extensive experience in the financial services industry; prior work experience with an insurer is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated IT application project experience and familiarity with process complexities.
• Strong IT project management skills with a solid business acumen.
• Balanced character: confident yet approachable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
