As Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting IT/PMO in organizational change management and the successful delivery of projects utilizing PMO processes and systems. This position will report to the Manager PMO.

Essential Functions

  • Organization support in the adoption of PMO process and tools utilization for timely technical project delivery
  • Facilitation and coordination between team members to identify dependencies and baseline technical and organizational projects
  • Consistent tracking project milestones and maintain risks, issues, action items, and decisions (RAID) logs
  • Proficiency in technical budget tracking, project documentation, and communication
  • Ability to assimilate data for executive reporting on technical and organizational projects
  • Support of the professional development of junior team members
  • Support of the development of PMO Playbook for onboarding and training purposes
  • Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
  • Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing projects in a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Proven experience facilitating cross-functional center delivery efforts
  • Proficiency with building templates and tracking projects in Smartsheet
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional project documentation and risk management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support process optimization and change management
  • Proven ability to report and deliver multiple, simultaneous projects varying in complexity

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.

DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department.
