Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Confirm all permits, licenses and project Information have been received from appropriate authorities.
• Review project info provided by Ops Manager including resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Any additions or changes are to be brought to the ops managers attention.  
• Work based on job schedule furnished by the Ops Manager. Make adjustments as needed and coordinate all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
• Follow/Enforce all company’s field procedures and protocols.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports (Includes Daily reports and Job Cost Details).
• Issuing and Tracking of Change Orders.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Immediately report any lost, stolen or damaged ATAC property.
• Assist the Ops Manager with employee reviews. Conduct regular updates of the field technicians and provide written reviews of the findings.
• Train and mentor employees in areas of installation and field responsibilities.
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems (i.e. Phones, Laptops, etc.)
• Keep all tools in working and functioning order.
• Keep personal stock of all regularly materials used to complete assigned tasks.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
• Complete timesheets weekly at the end of the work week.
• Ensure all projects meet ATAC quality standards
• OSHA10 Certification
