Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team and assist with an ongoing SAP project. This role will involve managing key aspects of the SAP project and the primary focus will be on SAP-related tasks, particularly within the finance module (FICO), and ensuring smooth financial reporting and company structure setup. Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Take the lead in managing SAP project tasks end to end, including overseeing the assigned track(s), ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Create, maintain, and update project plans, oversee project scheduling and forecasting, and manage risks and issues. * Financial Reporting: Address gaps in financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * SAP System Setup: Assist in designing and setting up the company structure within SAP, ensuring all data integrates correctly into the finance application. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and SAP experts to meet project goals. Key Skills & Experience: * SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP, particularly FICO (Finance and Controlling) module, is strongly preferred. * Self-Motivation: Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently. * Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving needs. * Smartsheet Experience: Experience using Smartsheet for tracking and project management is a plus. * Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
