What You’ll Do:

• Create and drive detailed project plans – from kickoff to delivery.

• Lead dynamic project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Keep everything (and everyone) on track – scope, time, and budget.

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

• Identify potential risks before they become real problems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: A minimun proven experience of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of workflow optimization, resource allocation, and performance metric analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to influence, resolve conflict, and build trust at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Languages: Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Attitude: A customer-first approach with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
