What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: A minimun proven experience of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization, resource allocation, and performance metric analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to influence, resolve conflict, and build trust at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Languages: Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Attitude: A customer-first approach with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
